We stand behind our frames. Your precision light gauge steel frame comes with a standard warranty to give you peace of mind.

What’s Covered

• Structural Integrity: 10 years against manufacturing defects.

• Materials & Components: 1 year on fixings and supplied parts.

• Protective Coatings / Finishes: 5 years against defects.

Conditions

• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

• The frame must be assembled and installed in accordance with the supplied instructions.

• The frame must be used only for its intended purpose (e.g. as a garden room structure).

• Routine maintenance (including inspection, cleaning and protection) must be carried out.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect.

• Alterations not approved by the manufacturer.

• Environmental damage (including extreme weather, flooding or fire).

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or surface rust.

Making a Claim

1. Notify us within 30 days of discovering the defect.

2. Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

3. We will repair, replace, or supply a replacement part or frame where appropriate.

Liability

This warranty covers repair or replacement only. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or additional costs.
